Properties:The products is little yellow liquid; alkalinity; it easy decomposing to sodium chloride, sodium chlorate and oxide; it is corrosive, oxidizer; and can hurt skins.
Usage:

(2) To stericize water
(3) Bleaching oil in soap industry
(4) It can be made to hydrazine hydrate in medical industry.
(5) It can be made to hydrazine sulfate, oxidized lead etc.
